摘　　要：澳大利亚的技术与继续教育 ,具有 1 0 0多年的经验 ,现已形成了比较完善的体系。在国际上享有一定的声誉。论文概括了澳大利亚职业教育的特点并分析了其成功的主要原因。The technical and continuing education has b een developing in Austra lia for more than 100 years,and has formed into a relatively perfect system,whic h obtains certain reputation in the world.The characters of Australian vocation al education were generalized and the main causes for its success were analyzed .
