帕罗西汀与阿米替林治疗精神分裂症伴发抑郁焦虑症状的研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨帕罗西汀治疗精神分裂症伴发抑郁焦虑症状的临床疗效和安全性。方法：对人组的60例精神分裂症伴有抑郁焦虑症状的患者分别使用帕罗西汀与阿米替林进行治疗。并使用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)与汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及 TESS 量表在治疗前，治疗后2，4，6，8周进行评定。结果：治疗后2，4，6，8周(HAMD)评分及(HAMA)评分两组无显著差异(P＞0.05)。TESS 评分帕罗西汀组显著低于阿米替林组。结论：帕罗西汀与传统的三环类抗抑郁剂比较治疗精神分裂症伴发的抑郁焦虑症状起效快，疗效可靠，副作用小。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effects and safety of paroxetine and amitriptyline in schixophreni-na patients with depression and anxiety.Method Sixty schixophrenina patients with depression and anxiety were divided into twogroups,i.e.the group treated by antischizophrenic durgs and paroxetine(32 cases)and the group treated by antischzophrenic drugsand amitfiptyline(28 cases).The theraphic effects on both the group were evaluated by HAMA,HAMD and Tess before the treat-ment,and 2,4,6 and 8 weeks after the treatment.Result There were insignificant difference in HAMD and HAMA between both thegroups 2,4,6 and 8 weeks afther the treatment(P>0.05),but TESS was significantly lower in the group treated by antis-chizophrenic drugs and paroxetine than that in the group treated by antischizophrenc drugs and amitriptylime(P<0.05).Conclu-sion The curative effect of paroxetine on depression and anxiety is significantly better and safer than that of amitriptyline.
