摘　　要：目的　通过综合的检测方法对鼻咽癌放疗后的咽鼓管功能障碍进行评估。方法　用鼓室导抗图法、咽鼓管 鼓室气流动态法 (TTAG)、咽鼓管音响法、正 负压平衡试验法和内镜检查咽鼓管口两端等综合方法 ,对2 3例 (35耳 )鼻咽癌放疗后有咽鼓管功能障碍的病人进行检查和评估。结果　 2 3例 35耳中 ,2 1例 31耳表现为咽鼓管阻塞 ,其中完全阻塞 15例 2 1耳 ,不完全阻塞 6例 10耳 ;2例 4耳为咽鼓管异常开放。结论　简单的检查不足以了解鼻咽癌放疗后所导致的咽鼓管功能障碍 ,采取多种方法的综合检查才能对咽鼓管功能障碍的性质和程度进行准确的评估。Objective To evaluate the degree and characteristic of the damaged eustachian tube function in the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) after radiotherapy by a series of composite examination. Methods 23 cases (35 ears) of NPC after radiotherapy were examined by tympanometry, tubo-tymanoaerodynamic grapy (TTAG), sonotubometry, inflation-deflation test and endoscopy. The information was analysed. Results Twenty-one cases (31 ears) showed the eustachian tube obstructed; among them complete obstructed were 15 cases (21 ears) and incomplete were 6 cases (10 ears). In 2 cases (4 ears), abnormal patency of eustachian tube was diagnosed. Conclusion It is not easy to realize the damaged eustachian tube function in the patients with NPC after radiotherapy through a simple examination; to evaluate exactly the damaged eustachian tube function in quantity and quality. A series of composite and through examination must be done.
