摘  要:目的 :研究罗痛定 (l THP)对应激状态下心肌缺血坏死的保护作用。方法 :采用异丙肾上腺素 (Iso)造成大鼠心肌坏死损伤模型 ,l THPip 10mg/kg或 2 0mg/kg ,观察其保护作用。 结果 :l THP能明显减少心肌坏死面积 ,显著抑制心肌组织磷酸肌酸激酶 (CK)和乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)的释放 ,降低血清CK和LDH水平 ,保护心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性 ,减少丙二醛 (MDA )生成 ,降低血清游离脂肪酸 (FFA)水平。结论 :l THP对实验性心肌缺血有明显保护作用。Objective: To study the protective effect of l tetrahydropalmatine (l THP) on experiment myocardial necrosis in rats. Methods: Myocardial ischemia necrosis injury was produced by isoprenaline (8mg/kg. sc, once every day for 2d) in rats. Results: It was found that in rats pretreated with l THP (10、20mg/kg ip once every day for 5d), the scope of myocardial necrosis decreased significantly at 24h after injecting isoprenaline, and the serum CK and LDH activity also decreased significantly. In addition, the levels of serum FFA and myocardial tissue MDA decreased significantly and SOD activity increased in rats pretreat with l THP. Conclusion: These data suggest that l THP has protective effect on myocardial necrosis induced by isoprenaline in rats.
