摘　　要：社会信息化是对社会以材料、能源(即物质)为基础的发展态势向以信息、材料、能源三者所并立的格局发展。我国必须从思维、观念、体制上革新转变 ,克服对信息的封锁、垄断和信息不对称的弊端 ,让人民群众对信息拥有知情权和共享权 ,这样才能达到信息化 ,促进现代化的实现。Social information-orientation transfers in the form of material, energe (or matter) to the one in the integrative form of information, material and energe. Reform should be made in thinking, concepts, systems in order to clear away the information blockage, monopoly and information asymmetry so that people are entitled to share fully information. Only in this way will promotion of modernization be realized by information-orientation.
