通脉舒络液对大鼠局灶性脑缺血保护作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　观察通脉舒络液对局灶性脑缺血的保护作用。方法　用热凝法阻断大鼠的左大脑中动脉 ,将通脉舒络液分别于术前、术后 2h给大鼠行腹腔注射 ,术后 8h观察缺血脑组织的含水量、乳酸、环磷酸腺苷和超微结构的变化。结果　通脉舒络液能降低缺血脑组织的含水量和乳酸含量 (P <0 .0 1) ,提高缺血脑组织环磷酸腺苷的含量 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,维持缺血脑神经元线粒体、神经髓鞘及毛细血管的正常形态和结构。结论　通脉舒络液对脑缺血有较好的保护作用。Objective To explore the protective effects of Tongmai Shuluo Ye on focal cerebral ischemia.Methods Heating coagulation method was used to cut rat left middle cerebral artery,Tongmai Shuluo Ye was inject into rat abdominal cavity 2 hours preoperatively and postoperatively respectively.We observed water ratio,lactic acid,cAMP and supermicrostructure changes of ischemic cerebral tissue.Results Ischemic cerebral tissue's water ratio and lactic acid in experimental group was significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01),and ischemic cerebral tissue's cAMP level was significantly higher than that in contral group(P<0.01).Tongmai Shuluo Ye can protectischemic cerebral neuron, neurilemma and capillary's normal morphosis.Conclusion Tongmai Shuluo Ye have good protective effects on ischemic cerebral tissue.
