辅酶B_(12)模型物与β-环糊精超分子化合物的性质研究

摘  要:目的 研究烷基钴肟类辅酶B12 模型物及其与 β -环糊精形成超分子化合物的性质。 方法 通过核磁共振谱、Co -C键断裂的光分解动力学性质对形成超分子化合物前后的烷基钴肟 (RCo(DH) 2 ·H2 O)辅酶B12 模型物进行了研究。结果 烷基钴肟RCo(DH) 2 ·H2 O中的R基进入了环糊精的腔内 ,钴的平面配体在 β -CD的大口处 ,β -环糊精与RCo(DH) 2 ·H2 O形成了 1:1的超分子化合物 ,且包结前后 ,其Co -C键断裂的光分解反应均按一级反应进行。结论 烷基钴肟与 β -环糊精形成的超分子化合物是适宜的辅酶B12 模型。Objetive To study on the properties of alkylcobaloxime Coenzyme B 12 models and the supramolecular compounds of alkylcobaloxime with β-cyclodextrine (β-CD).Methods Alkylcobaloxime models (RCo(DH) 2·H 2O) and the supramolecular compounds of alkylcobaloxime with β-CD were characterized by HNMR spectroscopy and photolytic kinetics of Co-C bond homolysis.Result It may indicate that R groups of RCo(DH) 2·H 2O were included within the cavities and planars involving Co atom and axime ligand were placed near the wider opening of β-CD.Alkylcobaloxime and β-CD form a kind of 1∶1 adducts.Furthermore it probably sugested that the photolysis of Co-C bond homolysis accord with first order reaction.Conclusion The supramolecular compound of alkylcobaloxime with β-CD is appropriate to coenzyme B 12 model.
