摘　　要：:生产资料的存在形式和所有制实现形式 ,是随着我国经济体制改革的深入新近提出来的两个概念。它们的提出对于我国公有制的发展和所有制结构的调整完善具有十分重要的意义。如何正确地理解它 ,把握它 ,有待于进一步研究。本文阐述和论证了它们的内涵、相互关系及其意义。As for the existence forms of means of production and the realization forms of ownership , they are two new notions introduced recently as the economic system reform progresses in China. The introduciion of these two notions is very important in promoting the development of public ownership and the restructuring of the ownership composition. Further study is needed for a thorough understanding and mastery while the current paper elaborates and demonstrates the connotations and interrelation between them and the related significance.
