顺铂放射增敏治疗宫颈癌的临床研究

摘　　要：本文对60例宫颈癌患者进行顺铂放射增敏的临床随机研究。增敏组用常规根治性放疗加顺铂治疗,对照组单行根治性放疗。结果表明:顺铂增敏组患者的宫颈局部肿瘤缩小和消失时间较对照组明显缩短,放射增敏比为1.846。增敏组用顺铂未出现严重毒性反应,患者对治疗的耐受性好。A prospective randomized clinical trial on the radiosensitizing effect of cis-platinum was carried out in 60 patients with cervical cancer,of whom 30 were given cisplat-inurn in combination with radiotherapy (radiosensitizing group) and the remaining 30 radio-therapy alone (control group).The results showed that the length of time of immediate CRand PR was shorter in the radiosensitizing group than in the control group.The sensitive en-hancement ratio was 1.846.No toxicity was observed in the radiosensitizing group,and thetreatment was well tolerated by the patients.
