CO_2激光治疗口腔颌面部早期恶性肿瘤14例远期效果分析

摘　　要：1977～1986年,应用国产CO_2 激光手术器治疗口腔颌面部早期恶性肿瘤14例。其中,男8 例,女6 例。唇癌6 例,面颊鼻部基底细胞癌3例,腭圆柱 2例,颊癌、舌癌及面颊部皮肤类癌各1 例。经15年(1992年)的随访观察,生存5年以上者12例,生存率为85.7％。且皮肤癌肿切除后不整形转移皮瓣亦不缝合者6 例,疤痕却愈合表浅,不显。转移皮瓣缝合者疤痕比手术刀治疗略粗。均未遗留面部畸形与功能障碍。14 cases of early-stage carcinoma (T. N. M. No Ⅰ - Ⅱstage) of maxillofacial region were treated with CO2 laser scalpel from 1977 to 1992. The 14 cases (female 8, male 4) included carcinoma of lip (6), basal cell carcinoma (3), cylindroma of palate (2), buccal carcinoma (1), cavcinoma of tongue (1) and buccal skin cancer (1). A 15 year follow-up observation showed that 12 cases had a 5-year survival with a survival rate of 85. 7%. 6 cases without transferred flaps grafted and sewing after removal of the masses showed inconspicuous and superficial scar. With patients with skin flap grafting, the scar was larger. No facial deformity and disfunction was observed in all the cases.
