摘 要:应用毛细管柱(DB-1)气相色谱法,对临床上具有重要诊断价值意义的59种标准有机酸的亚甲基单位值(MU)进行了测算,并与填充柱(5%OV-1、4%OV-17)进行了比较,且通过毛细管柱气相色谱法对正常和异常儿童尿液有机酸进行了分析。结果显示:毛细管柱气相色谱法的准确性和可靠性高,稳定性和重复性好,优于填充柱,作者认为:该法可作为国内有机酸尿症化学诊断的主要手段。Methylene units (MU) of 59 organic acids which are of important diagnotic value in clinical practice were measured on a capillary column (DB-1) and the results were compared with those obtained on the two packed columns (5 % OV-1, 4% OV-17). Urinary organic acids profiles from normal children and patients with organic aciduria were studied as well. The results show that the analysis procedures used on capillary column are more accurate, reliable, stable and reproducible than those on the packed column. From the above it may be suggested that this method can be used as a main approach to chemical diagnosis of organic aciduria.
