摘  要:为了减少柴油机的排放污染物,设计了新型的TR(Three Rapidity)燃烧系统。该系统采用带中心喷油孔的多孔喷油嘴,使用的燃烧室是在收口ω形燃烧室的基础上改进的,底部中央有一平顶凸台,四周壁面上设有导向圆弧。在一台单缸135柴油机试验台架上对该系统的性能进行了研究。结果证明,经过优化发动机标定工况的最低油耗降到225g/(kW·h),排气烟度小于1BSU。此外,当供油提前角θfs在从20°CABTDC到3°CABTDC范围内变化时,排气烟度随供油的推迟而略有增加,同时排气中NOx浓度降低。但是随供油的进一步推迟,在中小负荷时发动机排气烟度值降低到0.3BSU以下,同时NOx浓度仍然只有100×10 6左右。To clarify the ability of TR(Three-rapidity) combustion systemfor reducing emissions and reali-zing low-temperature premixed combustion,a series of tests were carried out in a modified 135 single-cylin-der diesel engine ,including lowering compression ratio , using diesel-ethanol blend and delaying injectionti ming . The results show that the decreas of compression ratio results in ignition delay ,the increase inmaxi mumrate of heat release and maxi mumcylinder pressure ,the decrease in maxi mum mean gas tempera-ture and NOx. However ,at the mediumand high loads the combustion rate would decrease and the brakespecific fuel consumption would increase . Compared to diesel combustion,ethanol-diesel combustion pro-longs ignition delay period and remarkablylowers the exaust smoke . The maxi mumcylinder pressure , max-i mumgas temperature , maxi mum heat release rate and combustion rate will be decreased somewhat underlowload , while under mediumand high loads ,a higher heat release rate and quicker combustion rate pres-ent with little decreas of NOx.In addition,delaying of fuel delivery advance angle from 15°CA BTDC to13°CA BTDCleads to little variationin smoke at all .
