乌圆口服液对D-半乳糖致衰小鼠的抗衰老作用研究

摘　　要：目的　观察乌圆口服液对D -半乳糖致衰小鼠的抗衰老作用。方法　分别给D -半乳糖致衰小鼠以低、高剂量的乌圆口服液灌胃 ,测定血清过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、肝组织超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的活性和脑组织谷胱甘肽 (GSH)的含量。结果　乌圆口服液能提高小鼠的肝SOD活性 (P <0 .0 5 )、血清CAT活性 (P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5 )和脑组织GSH的含量 (P <0 .0 1或0 0 5 )。结论　乌圆口服液可能通过清除自由基而具有一定的抗衰老作用。Objective It is to observe the anti-aging effect of Wu-Yuan oral liquids on brain of D-galactose-induced aging in mice. Methods D-galactose-inducedmice aging was used the low and the high dose Wu-Yuan oral liquids were given to the mice. Then the activities of catalase (CAT) of serum, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) of liver and the levels of glutathion (GSH) of brain were measured. Results Wu-Yuan oral liquids enhanced the activities of SOD (P<0.05) and CAT (P<0.01 or 0.05) and increased the levels of GSH of brain (P<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion Wu-Yuan oral liquids have anti-aging effect by clean the free radical.
