摘　　要：阐述利用有限元法对机械结构零部件进行疲劳断裂分析的相关理论和方法。并在此基础上对φ30×108接链环应用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行分析,确定裂纹易产生的危险截面,求解危险截面处不同深度和形态的表面椭圆裂纹的应力强度因子。The relative theory and methods on the analysis of the fatigue and fracture of mechanical components by means of the finite element method are discussed. So on ,the stress field of the chain connector was analyzed by ANSYS. The critical section where crack initiation and propagation occur easily was identified.The stress intensity factors ofthe elliptical crack with different depth and shape on the critical section were solved by FEM displacement method.
