摘  要:目的 探讨针刺三焦经穴对偏头痛大鼠模型脑干组织G蛋白α亚基含量的变化。方法 通过皮下注射硝酸甘油 (10mg/kg)建立实验性偏头痛大鼠模型 ,将动物随机分成正常对照组、假手术组、模型对照组和针刺治疗组 ,运用免疫印迹法 (Westernblot)检测脑干组织Gia和Gsa的含量。结果 针刺治疗组与模型对照组比较 ,脑干组织中Gsa蛋白含量明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,Gia蛋白含量明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,Gsa/Gia蛋白比值降低。结论 偏头痛发作可能与大鼠脑干组织G蛋白信号转导系统功能障碍有关。针刺三焦经穴治疗偏头痛可能是通过介导G蛋白信号传导通路而实现的。Objective It is to discuss the change of acupuncture the Sanjiao chann el on the content of G-protein alpha subunits in brain stem tissue of migraine r at model. Methods The model of migraine rats were reproduced by ni troglycerin su bcutaneous injection, then the rats were randomly divided into normal control gr oup, sham-operation group, model control group and acupuncture treatment group. The content of Gia and Gsa protein in brain stem tissue was detected by western blot method. Results After nitroglycerin subcutaneous injection, Gsa protein content in brain stem tissue heightened obviously (P< 0 01), Gia protein content low ered obviously (P<0.01) and the ratio of Gsa/Gia heightened. Compared with m odel control group, Gsa protein content in brain stem tissue in acupuncture treatmen t group lowered obviously (P<0.01), Gia protein content heightened obviously (P< 0.01) and the ratio of Gsa/Gia lowered. Conclusion Migraine attack ed may be rela ted to G-protein-linked signal transduction pathway in brain stem tissue obsta cl e in rats. Acupuncture the Sanjiao channel on migraine may be possibility implem ented through mediating G-protein-linked signal transduction pathway.
