银杏(白果)脱壳机工作部件重要参数的分析

摘　　要：研制银杏脱壳设备,首先要解决脱壳机重要部件的结构参数,轧辊—直板机构是银杏脱壳的重要部件之一,它的结构参数是否合理对该机性能有着直接的影响。为此,对银杏(Ginkgo,G.biloba　L)脱壳机的脱壳原理进行分析,对脱壳机的直板机构的重要参数进行探讨,为脱壳装置的改进设计与使用提供了理论依据。The first problem is to resolve the structural parameter of important parts about ginkgo exuviating machine for ginkgo exuviating equipment.Roller and extrusion shutter mechanism are the important parts of ginkgo exuviating, and their structural parameters is relative with the performance of machine.This paper analyses the working principles of ginkgo exuviating, inquires the vital parameters of its main parts: roll, and provides the theoretical bases for improving the design and operation of the mechanism.
