摘　　要：介绍了作者在研究开发微胶囊技术方面的经验,结合品种盐的开发,发表了匪夷所思的见解,希望将微胶囊技术应用于品种盐的开发中,从而提高品种盐的技术含量和附加值。This paper introduces the authors'experiences in research and developme nt of micro-capsule technology.Integrated with the development of variety salt,t he authors put forward their humble opinions and look forward to the application of the captioned technology in the development of variety salt in an attempt to enhance the technicality and added value of variety salt.
