精神分裂症患者探究性眼球轨迹运动与认知障碍

摘　　要：目的　探讨精神分裂症患者眼球轨迹运动、认知障碍及相互关系。方法　对 3 9例精神分裂症病人进行了眼球轨迹运动检查及韦氏记忆、划消测验、威斯康星分类测验的检查 ,并与 3 6例正常人进行了对照 ,就眼球轨迹运动与认知之间的关系进行了分析。结果　精神分裂症病人存在眼球轨迹运动异常 ,其认知障碍广泛 ,包括记忆、注意及执行障碍 ,眼球轨迹运动与认知的各个方面均有关系 ,眼球注视点 ( NEF)与阳性症状有关 ,但与病程无关。结论　精神分裂症患者认知损害影响其眼球轨迹运动 。Objective To explore are exploratory eye movements,cognitive disorers and relationship of them in schizophrenic patients.Methods 39 schizophrenic patients and 36 normal controls were administrated to exploratory eye movement examination and Wechsler memory test,Digital sign test and Weschsler cards sorting test.Test results between two groups were compared.Correlation analysis between exploratory eye movement examination and cognitive functions in patients were made.Results Schizophrenic patients had some eye movement deficits and extensive cognitive deficits,including attention,memory and executive function.Some correlation existed between eye movement deficits and cognitive function.NEF negatively related to positive symptoms,but not to illness course.Conclusion Cognitive deficit of schizophrenic patients affects their eye movements.Both are probably susceptible signs of schizophrenia.
