MCGS在中小型自动化立体仓库监控系统中的应用研究

摘　　要：针对目前自动化立体仓库监控系统的现状 ,提出了应用MCGS组态软件对中小型自动化立体仓库实时状态进行监控的方案 ;讨论了上位计算机与PLC之间的连接 ,给出了PLC网络的构成及通信程序 ;以中型自动化立体仓库为例对其监控系统的设计进行了探讨 .The project that supervises and controls the AS/RS with MCGS software is brought up according to present condition of the monitor system of the AS/RS. The composition of network and corresponding procedure ar e given and the place of calculator communication with PLC is discussed. The mon itor system of the AS/RS design is studied with the example.
