摘　　要：本文介绍了GSM移动通信中的短信息作为水文遥测中的信息传输的主要特点,以及该种方式的适用范 围。简单介绍了其实现的基本思路和技术功能。该项技术目前在水文遥测中具有广泛的应用。The article introuduced the main characteristics of the short message in GSM move communication as transmission as the hydrologic telemetered data and the apply range of the method. The artical also introduced the basic thinking of which can be practice it and the technic function. . The technic is applied widly in the hydrologic telemetering at present .
