人胃癌组织中cAMP和cGMP浓度的变化

摘　　要：本文比较了人胃癌组织,癌旁组织和正常胃粘膜组织中cAMP和cGMP含量及其比值。结果:①cAMP含量:正常胃粘膜>癌旁组织>胃癌组织(P<0.01);②cGMP含量:正常胃粘膜<癌旁组织和胃癌组织(P<0.001);③cAMP/cGMP比值:正常胃粘膜>癌旁组织>胃癌组织(p<0.001)。结果表明胃癌发生与cAMP水平的降低和cGMP的水平升高有关,提示测定cAMP和cGMP水平及其比值可能有助于胃癌的早期诊断。The concentrations of CAMP and CGMP in gastric cancer, adjacent noncancerous tissue and normal mucosa at resected margin were measured by protein binding assay and radioimmunoassay respectively. The results showed that:(1)CAMP concentration in adjacent tissue, higher than that in gastric cancer, was significantly lower than that in normal mucosa(P<0.01);(2)CGMP concentration in adjacent tissue or in gastric cancer was much higher than that in normal mucosa(P<0.01);(3)CAMP/CGMP ratio in normal mucosa was 7.4-fold and 3-told higher than that in gastric cancer and adjacent tissue respectively(P<0.001). These data indicate that there is a certain relationship of genesis off gastric cancer to lowering CAMP conent and elevating CGMP level, suggesting that the measurement of CAMP, CGMP and their ratios in gastric tissues may be useful in diagnosing stomach neoplasms as early as possible.
