摘 要:当今社会已由工业社会进入飞速发展的信息化社会,企业经营管理的目标也呈多元化的趋势,企业在追求经济利益的同时,也强调企业员工的个人发展,因此人本管理是现在理论界和企业界所倡导的一种积极管理方式。但任何一种管理方式都有自身的局限性,人本管理也不例外,而制度则起着规范、抑恶扬善的作用。因此,人本管理的同时,还需要制度管理。Nowadays with the transition from industrialized society into highly developed informational one, the objectives of business operations and management are also towards diversity. While seeking economic profits, corporations are also emphasizing the individual development of the staff. Therefore, humanistic management is acknowledged as a positive management method by theoretical and business circles. Like any management method, humanistic management has its own limits, too, which are apparent. However, system plays a role in regulation, discipline and justice. From a humanistic perspective, humanistic management and system management should be integrated together.
