高校学生教育管理中的诚信缺失与对策

摘　　要：诚信是高校赖以生存的基础。目前高校教育管理中诚信缺失的主要原因包括学校办学条件不足和教育管理行为本身的不当等。解决这一问题的对策:一是对教育管理者开展诚信教育;二是规范管理,提高管理水平;三是改善办学条件,保证教育质量。Honesty is the foundation for colleges and universities to depend on to survive. The fault of honesty is caused by the deficiency of the condition for running a school and the improper behavior of educators and administrators. The countermeasures should be taken to educate the educators and administrators to be honesty, to standardize and improve the administration, and to improve the condition for running a school to guarantee the quality of education.
