华支睾吸虫病大鼠肝细胞凋亡的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　研究感染华支睾吸虫的大鼠肝细胞是否存在凋亡。方法　分离获得采自疫区麦穗鱼体内的囊蚴 ,分别以 5 0个、10 0个和 2 0 0个囊蚴经口饲法感染 3组实验大鼠 ,同时设立对照组。于感染后第 4 5天宰杀动物 ,取肝脏作组织切片。采用TUNEL法检测肝细胞的凋亡率。结果　观察有典型细胞凋亡形态学特征的肝细胞。感染组大鼠肝细胞凋亡率显著高于正常对照组。结论　感染华支睾吸虫的大鼠肝细胞存在凋亡 。Objective To detect the apoptosis of liver cells in rats infected with Clonorchiasis.Methods Encysted metacercarias in the body of Pseudorasbora parva was extracted,feed the infected rats with fifty, hundred and two hundred encysted metacercarias,respectively,normal rats served as control,tissue slicing was taken on rats liver tissues in the forty-fifth days after infection.Cell apoptosis was detected by TUNEL staining methods.Results The apoptotic rate of liver cells in the infection was obviously higher than that in normal control.Conclusion Apoptosis appears in liver cell of Clonorchiasis in rats,and the infection dosage might affect the apoptosis of liver cells.
