初次白内障手术对生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的　了解初次白内障手术引起的视功能相关生存质量 (VisionRelatedHealthQuality-of-Life ,VRQoL)改变和相关影响因素。方法　对 10 6例初次白内障手术患者病史回顾和术后随访 ,并采用中文版低视力者生存质量量表测量术前和随访期末的VRQoL。结果　术前、后两次量表的克郎巴赫α系数分别为 0 91和 0 95。随访期末各维和总体量表得分均有明显提高。随访期末患眼视力和患眼视力改变分别是影响随访期末量表得分和得分改变百分率的主要因素。结论　初次白内障手术患者的VRQoL在术后有了明显的改善。通过了解视力状态和改变来推断初次白内障手术患者VRQ状态和改变的方法可行 ,但需要进一步采用中文版低视力者生存质量量表等工具得到全面的VRQoL信息 ,完善对手术效果的判断。Objective To assess the vision related quality of life(VRQoL)change caused by first cataract surgery,and analyze the influential factors.Methods 106 patients after first cataract surgery were enrolled and followed,and they were asked t complete the Chinese-version Low Vision Quality of Life Questionnaire preoperatively and at the end of the follow-up time.Results The Cronbach α coefficients of the questionnaire before and after surgery are 0 91 and 0 95 respectively.The scores of the questionnaires increased significantly after surgery.The visual acuity in the affected eye was mainly affirmed as the first independent risk factors of the questionnaire scores at the end of the follow-up time.The change of visual acuity in the affected eye was mainly affirmed as the first independent risk factors of the percent of questionnaire scores change.Conclusions The CLVQOL of the first cataract surgery patients improved after surgery.Through calculating the visual acuity and the change of visual acuity,the VRQoL and the change of the VRQoL can be partly assessed,and such questionnaires as the Chinese-version Low Vision Quality of Life Questionnaire should also be used for to acquire the total VRQoL information of the patients,and then fulfill the judgments of the surgery result.
