摘 要:目的 进行可见光照射所致大鼠视网膜光性损伤后的行为测试 ,探讨动物视功能与行为的关系。方法 2 1只SD大鼠在 (95 0± 5 0 )lx绿色光损伤仪光照 3、12、2 4h ,实验前及实验后暗适应 2 4h ,光损伤前 2d及光损伤后 2d测定大鼠的头部视动跟踪反应、前置刺激反应。光损伤后 72h摘除眼球 ,冰冻切片后行HE、Rhodopsin免疫荧光染色 ,光镜观察。实验对照组为 7只双眼球摘除术后的大鼠。结果 随着光照时间的延长 ,动物的头部视动跟踪反应逐渐丧失 ,对照组反应最弱 ,前置刺激反应逐渐增强 ,对照组反应最强。结论 不同程度的视细胞损伤后的动物行为是不同的 ,随着损伤程度的加重 。Objective To assess the relationship of visual function and behavioral pattern on rats with photic injury. Methods SD rats were exposed to (950±50)lx green light for 3 hours,12 hours and 24 hours respectively after 24-hour dark adaption. Then another 24-hour dark recovery was followed by 48-hour observation before the eyes were enucleated. Frozen sections were obtained. Slides were stained by HE and Rhodopsin immunofluorescent stainings. Head tracking and pre-pulse response was tested at 2 days before and after photic injury. Results Head tracking response was gradually weakened as the plotic injury time increased, and the control group had the weakest response; while pre-pulse response was reinforced and the control group had most significant response. Conclusion Different injury levels lead to different behavior test results on rats accordingly.
