调脂通脉颗粒对老年高脂血症脂质及血流变和纤溶系统的的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察调脂通脉颗粒对老年高脂血症血脂脂质、脂蛋白代谢以及对血液流变学和纤溶系统的影响。方法　将96例老年高脂血症患者随机分为两组。治疗组 56 例口服调脂通脉颗粒;对照组40例口服血脂康胶囊。结果　治疗后两组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL -C)、载脂蛋白B(APOB)、脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]均有降低,自身对比差异有显著性或极显著性。降低血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL -C)、LP(a)治疗组优于对照组。改善动脉硬化指数、D 2聚体(D D)优于对照组。改善血液流变学多项指标两组与治疗前比较差异有显著性或极显著性,改善红细胞聚集指数治疗组优于对照组。结论　调脂通脉颗粒具有调节老年高脂血症患者血脂脂质和脂蛋白代谢,改善血液流变学及纤溶系统的作用。Objective To observe the effects of Tiaozhitongmai Granules (TGs) on serum lipids, lipoprotein metabolism, blood rheological criteria, and fibrinolytic system in senile patients of hyperlipoidemia. Method 96 Cases of senile hyperlipoidemia were randomly divided into two groups; the treating group (56 cases) was orally given TGs and the control group (40 cases) was given Xuezhikang Capsules. Result After treatment, the levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein B, and lipoprotein (a) [LP(a)] were found decreased in both groups. The effects found in the treating group were better than those found in the control group concerning decreasing TC, LDL-C and LP(a). The improving effects on atherogenic index and D-dimer found in the treating group were better than those found in the control group. Marked effects of improving blood rheological criteria were found in both groups. The improving effect on erythrocyte aggregation found in the treating group was better than that found in the control group. Conclusion TGs have been proved to possess the effects of regulating serum lipids and lipoprotein metabolism, and improving blood rheological criteria and fibrinolytic system in senile patients of hyperlipoidemia.
