摘　　要：本文回顾了场控晶闸管的历史,研究了国外此类器件的发展过程与趋势,分析了场控晶闸管的特点,总结了我们自己的经验,并提出相应意见。A review of field-controlled thyristors, in terms of their past, present and futrue developments, especially in foreign countries, is made in the paper. The characteristics and advantages of the device are discussed. Based on our experiences, proposals are presented.
