摘　　要：本文介绍了一种精密波形发生器的工作原理、电路设计、版图设计和制作工艺。该电路采用了模拟实验确定的优化单元电路结构,进行了计算机功能模拟,选用了合理的元件和版图布局,采用了对通隔离技术,并运用了肖特基势垒二极管和薄膜电阻等工艺。研制的电路功能多、性能良好,可广泛应用于计算机、自动控制、通信和测量等领域。A precision wave-form generator 1C has been developed, and its principle of operation, circuit and layout design as well as its fabrication process are described in the paper. For the design of the wave-form generator.a unit structure optimized with simulated experiments was adopted and computer functional modeling was performed. A rational component placement and layout design was chosen, and p-n junction isolation. Schottky diodes and thin-film resistors were used to manufacture the circuit. Having multiple functions and excellent performance.it is widely used in computer, automatic control,telecommunication and instrumentation.
