摘　　要：短暂性完全遗忘是一种以一过性记忆丧失为主要特征的临床综合征。其确切病因和发病机制目前还不清楚,近年提出了血管性假说、精神源性假说、脑静脉性缺血假说、偏头痛假说和癫痫源性假说等。Transient global amnesia is a clinical syndrome characterized by the transient memory loss. At present, its exact etiology and pathogenesis remain unclear. Recently some hypotheses have been raised, such as the vascular hypothesis, the psychogenic hypothesis, the hypotheses of cerebral venous ischemia, migraine and epilepsy, etc.
