摘 要:大量临床和实验研究证明,亚低温治疗对脑部疾病具有肯定的疗效。对亚低温脑保护的降温方法进行了较为深入的研究,并取得了较大进展。但不同部位的脑组织之间存在温度梯度,不同深度的脑实质对脑表面温度变化的敏感性也不一致,而且脑实质与躯体核心温度也存在显著差异,这给亚低温治疗的降温方法和温度监测造成了一定的困难。因此,寻找一种操作简单和降温迅速的亚低温治疗方法是今后研究的方向。A vast amount of clinical and experimental researches have demonstrated that mild hypothermia therapy has a definite effect on cerebrovascular diseases. The cooling methods in mild hypothermic neuroprotection have been more intensively studied and greater progress has been made. However, there are temperature gradients in the different part of cerebral tissues. The deeper is the brain parenchyma, the poorer is the sensitivity in response to the changes of brain surface temperature. What's more, there are significant differences between brain parenchyma temperature and core temperature. This causes some difficulties in the cooling methods in mild hypothermia therapy and temperature monitoring. Therefore, to find a simple and fast cooling method is the research orientation in the future.
