摘　　要：随着知识经济、信息时代的来临 ,终身接受教育的思想已深入人心 ,在构建学习化社会中 ,如何为广大求学者提供一个灵活、开放、自由、便利的学习方式和时空 ,是一个现实的重要课题。为此 ,国家制定了大力发展现代远程教育的战略目标。我们要认清形势 ,抓住机遇 。With the coming of knowledge economy and information age,the concept of life-long education has been generally accepted by the public.Therefore ,it is a realistic topic to study how to provide the learners with a flexible,open and free learning parttern.As a result,the nation has defined the strategic objective of developing tele-education.We must get a clear understanding of the situation,grasp the opportanity and make our efforts to construct the modern tele-educational system of our institute.
