摘　　要：目的　探讨双流国际机场中年人群心血管病主要危险因素现况。方法　于 2 0 0 2年对双流国际机场中年人群 (35～ 5 9岁 )心血管病主要危险因素进行调查 ,对资料完整的 85 2例 (男 5 15例、女337例 )进行分析。结果　①心血管病主要危险因素主要集中在 4 0～ 4 9岁年龄段 ,男性以 4 0～ 4 4岁、女性以 4 5～ 4 9岁最集中 ,较以往资料有年轻化的趋势 ;②男性心血管病主要危险因素检出率高于女性 ,吸烟率和饮酒率均表现为男性主导行为 ,分别为 6 0 %和 4 5 %以上 ,女性仅超重或肥胖高于男性(P <0 0 5 ) ;③心血管病主要危险因素检出率以管理干部最高。结论　双流国际机场中年人群各种心血管主要危险因素检出率较高 ,提示尽快加强心血管病防治工作的重要性和紧迫性。采取以健康教育为主的一级预防和人群心血管病主要危险因素的筛查、管理、指导、治疗等干预措施 ,尽快降低心血管病主要危险因素的现患率。Objective To explore the current situation of the major risk factors of cardiovascular diseases among middle aged population at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport. Method Investigation was conducted among middle aged population at Shuangliu International Airport in 2002, and the data of 852 cases (male 515, female 337) were available for analysis. Result ① The major risk factors of cardiovascular diseases mainly concentrated population aged from 40 to 49 years, and male from 40 to 44, while female from 45-49, younger than the data before. ② The detection rate of risk factors among male was higher than that among female. The rate of smoking and drinking among male were higher than that among female, and were above 60% and 45% respectively, while female was higher than male only in overweight or obesity (P<0.05). ③ The detection rate was the highest among administrative staff. Conclusion The detection rate of major risk factors is higher among middle aged population at Shuangliu International Airport, and it is important and urgent to strengthen the prevention and control of cardiovascular diseases. Both first-degree prevention focusing on health education and intervention such as screening on major risk factors of cardiovascular diseases, management, guidance, and treatment and so on should be conducted to reduce the prevalence of major risk factors of cardiovascular diseases.
