摘  要:为了研究电涡流式电缆偏心检测系统中的偏心传感器性能,依据电涡流测距原理,利 用PC机和以单片机为核心的数据采集器,研制了电缆偏心检测的静态实验系统,并进行了静态 运行实验.结果表明,在保证偏心传感器稳定的条件下,工作频率要尽量高;用同样的偏心传感器探 头检测时,检测灵敏度随着电缆线芯直径的增大而变高;保持传感器探头尺寸不变,只改变线圈匝 数对检测灵敏度影响甚微.To study performance of the eccentricity sensor in cable eccentricity measurement system, static experimental system is built in this paper. The principle of the system is measuring distance principle of eddy current. PC and data collector that centered on single chip are adopted in the system. The experiment results indicate that the frequency of eccentricity sensor must be as high as possible under keeping the stability of the sensor, and that using the same sensor probe, the larger the diameter of cable core is, the higher the sensitivity becomes, and that changing the turns of the coil of the sensor with the same size nearly has no effect on the sensitivity. At the same time the results indicate the system can work well.
