摘　　要：目的 :了解抑郁症患者家属的生活质量。　方法 :应用生活质量综合评定问卷对 116名抑郁症患者家属及 5 2名正常对照者进行评定。　结果 :抑郁症患者家属的总体生活质量及躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活较正常对照者差 ,其中以心理健康和躯体健康对生活质量的影响最大。　结论 :抑郁症患者家属的生活质量较正常对照者差 ,并涉及到心身健康的多个方面。Objective:To understand the life quality in the family members of depressive patients. Method:116 family members of depressive patients and 52 control subjects were measured with the generic quality of life inventory (GQOLI). Results:The total scores of GQOLI were lower in the depressive patients families than in the controls,and the scores of subfactors such as physical function,mental function,social function and material life were also lower in the study group. Conclusion:It is suggested that the family members of depressive patients have poor life quality,especially in the aspects of mental and physical health.
