摘　　要：邓小理理论重视建设社会主义现代化的法治国家，邓小平虽没有直接阐述法价值体系，但邓选还是意蕴着对法价值体系的终极关怀：秩序是法价值的基础，效率是法价值的中介手段，公平是法价值的目的，人权是法价值的核心。In Deng Xiaoping Theory great attention is paid to building a modernized socialist country under the rule of law. Deng Xiaoping doesn't directly expound the system of law value,but his works implicate his concern for this system.The implication here is: Order- the basis for law value;efficiency- the intermediary means of law value;justice- the aim of law value;and human rights- the core of law value．
