慢性肝病患者血清Ⅲ型前胶原放射免疫测定的临床意义

摘　　要：用放射免疫分析法测定了40例慢性迁延性肝炎(慢迁肝),慢性活动性肝炎(慢活肝)、肝硬化合并肝癌患者血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)含量,并进行麝香草酚浊度试验(TTT),谷丙转氮酶(GPT/ALT),血清总胆红素(TBIL),血清直接胆红素(BILC),血清总蛋白(TP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)6项肝功能检查。结果提示血清 PCⅢ检测可作为早期诊断肝纤维化的血清学指标,且较其它肝功能指标更为准确方便;6项肝功能检查指标二项以上阳性者11例,占检查人数的27.5%,与 PCⅢ不相关。The serous PCⅢ was determined with radioimmunoassay (RIA) in 40 cases of chronic per- sisting hepatitis,chronic active hepatitis and hepatocirrhosis complicated with hepatocarcinoma. Meanwhile,the liver function tests including TTT,GPT/ALT,TBIL,BILC,TP and ALB were al- so carried out.The results suggest that the determination of serous PCⅢ may be used as a serolog- ical index for the early diagnosis in liver fibrosis.Moreover,it is more convenient and accurate than any other liver function test.Among these 10 cases,there are 11 cases with a positive result in any two of the six liver function tests,accounting for 27.5% and,there is no correlation with the PCⅢ.
