摘　　要：针对电子政务系统的实际需求和传统工作流技术的局限性,对工作流管理模型进行了扩充,提出了一个基于角色的动态工作流设计模型.In order to overcome the deficiency of tradition workflow and take the characteristics of the requirement in e-government system, this paper proposes a model on role-based dynamic workflow, which expand the model of workflow management system.
