摘　　要：中文信息的处理要达到相当程度的自动化,必须让计算机具有智能化,必须解决计算机理解语言的问题,实现信息处理向知识处理转换的现代化,HNC(概念层次网络)理论,通过建立一个模拟人类感知过程的理论模式为实现中文信息处理向知识处理转换创造了条件。Chinese information processing can only reach automation if computers can be intelligent, can solve problems as to how they understand language, and can achieve the modernization of converting information processing into knowledge processing. According to the understanding of HNC, the theory, which is about the basic conditions and theoretical mode formed on the basis of the conversion of the Chinese information processing to knowledge processing, has been put forward in the paper. Meanwhile, the basic process of the technology achievement has also been analyzed in it.
