摘  要:2002年,浙江某南美白对虾(Penaeusvannamei)苗种场在虾苗淡化过程中发生了发光病.通过对典型发光病虾的镜检、细菌分离,结果从濒死病虾体内分离到4株细菌,其中菌株Pv-1在TCBS和TSA培养基上均能发光,用此菌株浸泡感染健康南美白对虾,可复制出发光病虾,且有较高的死亡率。对Pv-1进行了培养特性和生化特性鉴定,确定Pv-1为革兰氏阴性菌,菌体呈直杆状,大小为1.5μm×0.8μm,极生单鞭毛运动,氧化酶阳性,发酵葡萄糖,对弧菌抑制剂0 129(150μg)敏感,经鉴定为哈维氏弧菌(Vibrioharveyi).由此表明哈维氏弧菌为此次南美白对虾虾苗淡化期间发光病的病原.Luminous bacterial diseases occurred in the Penaeus vannamei hatcheries during desalinization in 2002 in the North of Zhejiang Province.Four bacterial strains,Pv-1,Pv-2,Pv-3 and Pv-4 (isolated) from the moribund post-larvae with luminous symptom with TSA and TCBS,were used for challenge tests.The healthy Penaeus vannamei post-larvae were immersed for 10min with the bacterial isolates at 3×10~8cfu/ml.Strain Pv-1 showed highest virulence,causing typical luminous symptom within 72hrs with the mortality of 40%.Strain Pv-1,showing strong luminous colony on TCBS and TSA added with 1% glycerol,was re-cloned on TSA with 1 %NaCl.This luminous bacteria Pv-1,1.5×0.8μm,Gram negative rod with single polar flagellum,oxides positive,glucose fermentive and sensitive to 0/129(150μg),was identified as Vibrio harveyi.It can be concluded that the Pv-1Vibrio harveyi is the pathogen of the Penaeus vannamei post-larvae luminous bacterial disease which occurred in hatcheries of Zhejiang province in 2002.
