NaCl胁迫对奶花芸豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘　　要：　NaCl胁迫对奶花芸豆种子萌发及幼苗生长影响的试验结果表明:NaCl溶液浓度低于90mmol·L-1时,对奶花芸豆种子的发芽率、发芽势等影响较小,而NaCl溶液浓度高于120mmol·L-1时,对奶花芸豆的发芽率、发芽势等抑制作用显著增强;奶花芸豆种子的发芽指数、根长、侧根条数、地上部鲜重、根鲜重、根冠比随着NaCl溶液浓度的增高,均呈下降趋势。Effect of NaCl stress on seed germination and seedling growth of Phaseolas coccineus L. was studied in this paper.The results showed that the germination rate, germination index of the seeds etc. treated with NaCl concentration at ≤90 mmol·L^(-1) was not significantly comparing with control. However, the control of germination index and germination rate of those seeds etc. treated with NaCl at higher concentration ((≥120 mmol·L^(-1))) was swelled evidently. The germination index,the length of roots,the number of side-root,the fresh weight of top,the fresh weight of root and the R/T assumed drop declining trend along with the increase of NaCl concentration.
