摘 要:报道四川省毛木耳主要栽培品种及一个杂交菌株和一个省外引进菌株的栽培出菇试验 ,试验通过对平均产量鲜重的统计分析、形态特征比较、出菇早晚比较以及干重含量等特性的对照综合分析 ,发现杂交种 3 5菌株是综合特性最好的毛木耳菌株 ,产量高、耳片厚、出菇期早。黄耳 1 0号、781、红大耳、上海 1号、95 1和黄背木耳也是目前比较好的栽培菌株 ,但这些菌株的每袋鲜重产量与 3 5有显著差异 。This paper reports fruiting experiment of Auricularia polytricha which includes the following 10 strains: 8 main cultivated strains of Sichuan province, 1 crossing strain and 1 introduced strain from Shanghai. The statistical analysis of average yield in g/bag, comparison of shape characteristic, comparison of fruiting period and dry matter in percent have been done. The results show that the crossing strain 35 is the best among these strains for cultivation. It occupies the good characteristics with high yield, thick ear slice and earlier fruiting period. The strains including yellow ear 10, 781, red big ear, 951 and ear mushroom with yellow back are also good cultivated strains recently. But difference of the average yield between 35 strain and them is very significant. Therefore, the production potentiality of yield increase for Auricularia polytricha is still great.
