摘　　要：精益企业是精益生产方式在供应链上的延伸和拓展 ,从本质上讲是一种供应链模式 ,属于复杂巨系统。精益企业与一般供应链相比 ,它能降低管理复杂性 ,关注产品真正价值 ,降低成本 。Lean Enterprise is the extension of Lean Production in the supply chain. In essence,it is a kind of supply chain mode,belonging to the complex giant system.Compared with the general supply chain,Lean Enterprise can decrease the complexity of administration,focusing on the value of products,reducing cost and increasing the efficiency of the whole supply chain.
