摘　　要：很多技术开发型科研机构在企业化转制中 ,面对自身市场能力不足和资金困难 ,选择了联盟战略 ,以发挥科技资源优势 ,增强技术创新能力。但是 ,院所转制企业与完全从市场上成长起来的一般企业相比 ,它们的联盟战略在性质、方法、联盟组织结构以及如何看待联盟效益上 。Many technology-developing institutes select the alliance strategy during the system transferring when the marketing ability and the R&D fund are not sufficient, in order to exert their technology superiority and strengthen the ability of innovation. But as a system-transferring enterprise, their alliance strategy is often different in the character, the method, the structure and the attitude to the benefit from the common enterprises.
