摘　　要：企业的战略途径取决于以前的战略决策 ,并影响以后的战略决策。而战略决策又影响着企业竞争力的培育和绩效水平的提高。本文详细分析了战略途径的特点 。The previous strategic decision decides corporate strategic tracks that will impact the unborn strategic decision. And strategic decision impacts the foster of corporate competitiveness and the improvement of performances. This paper analyses the characteristic of strategic track and the paths of impacting corporate competitiveness, then presents the measures to cope the effect of strategic track for corporation.
