幼兔腹腔神经节中含Ig样免疫反应神经元的研究

摘　　要：用幼兔20只,另用成兔4只为对照,使用非标记抗体PAP法,观察幼兔腹腔神经节中是否也存在有含Ig样免疫反应神经元。结果发现,在21日龄以前幼兔腹腔节中不存在此神经元。仅在28日龄幼兔腹腔节中才开始出现少量的此神经元,但数目极少,反应极弱。此现象与Ig的个体发生是否有内在的联系,尚待进一步研究。In this experiment, 20 baby rabbits and 4 adults rabbits as control were used. The immunoreactive neuron containing Ig—like in ceoliac ganglion of the baby rabbits was investigated by PAP method. No immunoreactive neurons containing Ig—like was found in newborn 21—day rabbits ,only exist a few of those neurons but few in number and slight in reactivity in 28—day rabbits, h is whether the results are related to the ontogeny of Ig,which will be researched.
