摘 要:描述了一种可前后或左右摆动或水平牵引的体疗机器人。这种机器人的主体机构用伺服电机驱动,用行星齿轮减速器传动,并与计算机、伺服单元构成自动控制的智能系统,对腰脊椎病患者实施治疗。由于主体机构将行星齿轮减速器和电机装入中空的水平轴内,采用桁架结构制成的机座,故主机结构紧凑,轻便。据相同原理的简易“弓”形牵引治疗器临床应用结果表明:对400例腰椎间盘突出症的治疗,治愈率为63.5%,有效率为95.8%。A new type of physiotherapy robot has been researched. The robot has three functions as follows: sway up and down, wagged between left and right, haulage and so on. The main mechanism will be driven by the servo motor, and transmitted by the planet gears negative accelerator. The robot, which is intelligence system controlled automatically, consists of the computer, servo sysytem and main mechanism. It can cure the patients who suffer from waist-vertebrae disease. As some parts of the main mechanism, such as negative-accelerator and motor, will be set in the horizontal hollow axis and the base is crossbeam structure, the main mechanism will possess the features of small dimension and light weight. According to the sane principle as the robot, a simple bow-type medical apparatus has been made and used for 400 patients physiotherapy. The results show that 63.5% of them are cured well and 95.8% of them are rather effective.
