陕西秦巴山区野生食用菌的研究

摘　　要：陕西秦巴山区野生食用菌105种,计子囊菌亚门7种,担子菌亚门98种,按学名字母顺序排列。每种列有中名、拉丁学名、生境和利用状况,并提出推广栽培竹荪、驯化试种松口蘑、羊肚菌和用磁化水探索工业化生产香菇新途径等建设性开发意见。105 species of edible fungi collected from Qinling and Dabashan mountain area and indentified by the authers are introduced. These edible fungi include 7 species of Ascomycotina and 98 species of Basidiomycotina. The Chinese names, scientific names and the state of eating are also listed. The authers suggest the planting of Dictyophora duplicata (Bosc) Fischer, Tricholoma matsutake (Ito et Imai) Sing., and Morchella esculenta (L.) Pers. in Guanzhong area. The authers also present the way of planting Lentinus edodes (Berk.) Sing. by using magnetized water.
