摘  要:原油一般用三相分离器进行脱水。这在工艺上,要求其油水界面高度及罐顶压力保持一定数值。但实际情况表明,界面高度和压力之间存在耦合关系。本文以模糊控制理论为基础,设计了一种模糊解耦控制器,通过仿真计算与应用,得到了较好的效果,与对角线矩阵解耦方法相比,方法简单,可靠。Crude oil is dehydrated by a three-phase separator(TPS). In technology, the pressure and the hight of interface between oil and water are required to keep a certain value. There exists coupling effect between the interface height and the pressure. Based on the fuzzy control theory and the operators experience, this paper designs a fuzzy decoupling controller for controlling the three-phase seperator. The application of fuzzy control is thus extended from single input-single output system to multi-input-multi-output system. Desirable results have been obtained by numerical simulation computation and practical adjustment. Compared with the conventional method of diagonal matrix decoupling, the present method is simple and convenient.
