异基因骨髓移植治疗急性白血病1例报告

摘　　要：报道急性早幼粒细胞白血病缓解半年,进行异基因骨髓移植1例。预处理用环磷酰胺加全身X线照射。移植其弟的骨髓。移植后住层流无菌室,全环境保护等。术后40天血象及骨髓象恢复正常。术后210天复查红细胞同功酶,证明供者骨髓被植活。随访1年5个月无复发。The patients with acute promyelocyticleukemia received allogeneic bone marrow trans-plantation (Allo-BMT), while he was in completeremission for half of year. The conditioning regi-men consisted of administrations and tissue expo-sure of total body irradation (TBI) his brother wasdonor. After grafting, the receiver was isolated inthe laminor air flow room. The morphology of pe-ripheral blood cells and marrow altered to be nor-mal in 40 days of past-grafting, The examinationof Red-cell enzymes and marrow cell genetic markers confirmed marrow engraftment. The patienthas no sign of relapse of leukemia after followingup to one year and five mouths.
